For good deals you can try www.biddingfortravel.com to find the actual rates and hotels that you will get when using priceline for bidding for hotel rooms. Look up hotels by the city to see what hotel, when, and how much people paid for hotels when they bid on priceline- you know what you can get before bidding and being locked into a price and hotel. I have used it a few times to get some really good deals- mostly nice hotels for good prices rather than super cheap rates on cheap hotels. It's a free site.
