They have my app (and have for sometime now) First they lost my resume. Then they couldn't find my original app. After I got them a new one, I called and was told that one class was going thru at that time. Next class would be picked from interviews with remaining apps on file. I've spoken with the same guy each time I've called and have been told something a little different each time. Last week I was told that the "first new hire class was almost done with ground school." Must be a long and thorough ground school. That's the same answer I got back in FEB. I'm not sure what to make of it, but something up there isn't right.

It does sound a little strange. Are you applying for FO or CA?

DON'T SEND IN ANY PERSONAL INFO TO CQ AIR. There are just too many questions about this operation.

The FSDO in both PHL and ABE know NOTHING about this application, and the FBI has been tipped to look into them. Additionally, the documents/application are VERBATIM copied from Pinnacles website with just the logos changed.

I tried calling them and asking for their air carrier operating certificate number and they said that they would not give out that info. I asked where they had filed their DOT application, ditto. I asked for a list of key managment, same thing.

Besides- have you ever seen a LEGIT company advertise with google ads on their corporate website? Ummmm.

Too many red flags that point towards an id theft scheme....

Although, by the timelines that they have missed on their website regarding the release of routes, destinations, and "real" branding, it looks just like a typical airline managment operation.

There's another thread here that covered all of the questions that this company has raised.... do a search for it and read through it BEFORE you send in any application.

Thanks, Flyerjosh. I submitted my resume online yesterday, but after what you said, I'll steer clear until we know more. Certainly no more of my info for them!

To echo flyerjosh, stay away. I had sent my stuff in basically for kicks since I live locally to them, but I wish I hadn't. Nothing bad has happened so far, but I think that it is a scam as stated above. I have friends who work at the Allentown FSDO and as said earlier, they have no idea about this company. When I sent my stuff in, I didn't hear anything either, so I called the place to see what was up. The guy said that they hadn't recieved anything yet, which I knew was total BS. I informed the guy that yes they did, as I had sent it with a tracking number and someone had definately got it as per info from the USPS. They then magically found it, but they never called me back. I then figured I'd go check out the address that they have listed since it is cloe to my house, and all it is is a shipping place that rents out PO boxes. So take it for what it's worth. The last time I saw the site, it said they would be announcing their cities......that was supposed to be around 4-17-06....and I don't think they have yet. Some company! Good Luck.
