Great job, USAPA. You actually managed to be so inept that you got a judge to order your pilots to answer the phone when crew scheduling calls. Great representation. Sadly, your antics have now set legal precedent for the rest of us, and every other pilot group will have to be even more careful in what they communicate in the future because of you in order to avoid court actions. Thanks, we all really appreciate it.

The judge is simply a genius but ALPA was to f-ing stupid to whine to him to make USAir pilots answer the ALPA phone calls during the representational election.

This injunction would mean something if we were required to answer the ALPA phone calls.
