then you're naive. The two issues couldn't be more different.I find it incredible that US AIRWAYS finds a judge to fast track a decision against the union, but Kasher has 24 months or longer to issue a decision in LOA 93.
the judge will only consider contempt charges if the company collects more evidence. Don't give them that evidence and you've nothing to worry about.But the way the Judge writes the decision, I guess you better not write any maint issues up or call in sick (east or west) since you'll be in violation of the courts order (as well as be in violation of FAR's for flying a plane that is not airworthy or flying fatigued?)
