We also do age 65. Quite a few of our guys have made it to that age or took the $ incentive to retire early. Nobody quits at my department, it was not usual to see 25 year vets with a couple that did over 35 years. Everyone is under 10 years now as all the old heads have taken their pensions and left. I do plan on flying international til 65 as my job is not that intense and I have never flown over 350 hours a year. With four kids, my job is my off time!
 
Yeah, but you were (I guess ARE "once a Marine....) a jarhead. Keep your head down and keep moving forward.:D

A week to recover? Did it take you a week to recover when you were 20? I rest my case! :laugh: The science is settled!

We work with some real dainty folks out there.

I much prefer the long flight with 1 TO/LND than the 7 I used to do with the commuter in the North East. I think you will find that few flight departments with those type of aircraft do those legs with 2 pilots.
 
We have an age 60 policy. But rumor has it, that will be changed this year to 65.
