I had a grand time while at FlightWorks, but I was one one of 6 91 only pilots at FW and based in JAX. You just about have to kick your dog and rape your grandma to get transferred there. We worked far less (about 4 RONs and 25 hours/month) and were paid much more (30% and better) than our 135 brethern and had increased per diem and reimbursements. Pay and bennies are average for a small/medium sized charter/management company. The company paid health care was by far the best benefit. I've posted much info on FW here, just search.

Coca Cola... out of CHarlie Brown.

Has anyone ever had anything positive to say about this group? I loved the idea of working for one of the two coke operators until I started hearing a little. High turnover, tough boss seem to stick out in my mind.
