"continental CO87 from newark to shanghai is being delayed for 8 hrs, hundreds of passengers who are trying to arrive in Shanghai on Chinese New Year's Eve are in a mess, 5 cops have been called in, one threated a girl who wanted to take photos. Is this America? Continental is a good example of what many who have been to China say is there a thing in US called service?

and the stock is up 4.5% so far today...what is this all about?!"
