Star report

Continental Airlines has chosen Indianapolis-based Chautauqua Airlines to operate as many as 69 of its ERJ-145 regional jets if its existing provider, ExpressJet Airlines, returns the planes to Continental.

Continental said several months ago that it has been unable to arrive at an agreement with ExpressJet to extend the contract.
Chautauqua, owned by Republic Airways of Indianapolis, can operate as many as 274 planes for Continental under the deal.

The real question we all want to know the answer to is, what funky new name will they come up with?

My friend at COEX (Expressjet) says they may keep the 69 ERJs (they don't have to give them up) and do something else with them, like a fractional type of flying, or find another feed opportunity. Where will CHQ find 69 more planes?(besides a DL liquidation)
