Stop being mad at yourself for you and your pilot group not having balls enough to hold out for scope biotch. Aint never going back now!

I'm not agreeing with cool idiots post, but you sound excited about it "never going back now"(note: I didn't add ain't because it's a double negative). You know it will just extend your career at a regional, right? "My pilot group" (ie, my era) had nothing to do with mainline scope since we were at regionals and were hurt(long term) by the rapid rj growth.

First step: staple Compass!!!

First step: staple Compass!!!
Second step: Staple all the rest of the regionals.

37 or fewer seat turbo-props ONLY (nothing bigger/faster/longer-range) at commuters.

btw~the majority of pilots I have come in contact with realize that our careers may be stalled at the regional level for a long while to come. The years of having 30 years of seniority at a major are over. Very few of these pilots are happy about that...the career earning potential/over-all QOL isn't even in the same ballpark as the majors. My point...most people aren't "excited" about the reduction in scope. Not only does it effect the guys already at a mainline, it SERIOUSLY impacts those of us at the regionals. "Yea, we're flying big airplanes!" my response, "who gives a flying f*ck." I'd rather be sitting in the same airplane at a major making $30 more an hour.
