Regional Pilots = Frat Boys?

They are all supposedly part of a brotherhood, yet all they do is bicker and take shots at each other.

They ramble on ad nauseam about each other's clothing choices (hats, backpacks)

Everyone on the outside looking in thinks they are a joke.
