Didn't fire this guy, but after a perfect pc, told him he would not upgrade till his next one. I talked to the captain who flew with him, and the instructor just didn't like him, simple as that. Now that's not firing a guy, but it's a good way to force him out. He quit a month later. If your number comes up and you have the time, you should get your shot...
