The lowdown:
$16/hour for probationary period of 90 days, then $18/hour for the rest of the first year. A $1/hour pay raise per year after that for F/Os. All captains begin again at 1st year pay (regardless of how long you were an F/O) at $30/hr, with a $1.20/hour pay raise per year after that. PerDiem is $1.25/hour from report to release at the end of a trip.
Upgrade is rising per month with no announced plans for a class. When it does happen, the next person to upgrade was hired in May of '03.
Plan on two year cycles of up and down. Example - Summer 99 things were great, summer 2001 we furloughed half the company, summer 2003 we were growing like a weed and upgrades dropped to six months, now 2005 we are in a down cycle again.
Overall not a bad place to learn 121 stuff - training is straight forward. We are however, to my knowledge, the only airline out there that is strictly a Beech 1900 operator, so don't expect much. If you are lucky you can catch us at the beginning of an upswing and land a quick upgrade and as Beech-Slapped said, we have a great group of pilots.
