Do many ASA guys still live in Dallas and commute to ATL? How hard is it? Is there a chance ASA will get CASS before Summer?

Best advice is to try and avoid it. Lots of people still do it ASA and Senior DELTA.

when I was doing it, I used AirTran more than DAL.

As a rule the planes were cleaner and the crews friendlier.

Even though ASA is cockpit authorized on DAL, don't count on actually getting to use it. If the cabin is full, you can bet a mainline guy already has the j/s.

That said, it CAN be done. A lot of us did it, and still do.

Was to be in April but now the latest is that we will have CASS in mid-May.

Dont worry. There will be a Houston base soon.

1,000 Delta/ASA commuters from DFW-ATL, last I heard. Not including the senior folks that went to JFK. Lot's to cincy and salt lake too.

friend of mine who has over 20 years at delta recently moved from FW metro to ATL because commuting was too difficult for him.
