Commute Air to Purchase 16 Horizon Air Q200's?

I talked to a friend yesterday that works for Commute Air. He told me that it was announced within their company that they will be purchasing sixteen 200's from Horizon with options for the purchase of twelve more. He said that the planes would be delivered once a month starting in January. Has anyone else heard about this?
