* Pay and Benefits.
-FO $16/hour to start $18/hour after 90 days
-CA $30/hour (Pay based on 82 hour monthly guarantee on average) + per diem
-Company paid medical for you and family
-Travel benefits:
-ID-90 / Passes on many domestic airlines
-Read-headed stepchild priority on Continental/Coex

* Upgrade Time.
-approx. 12 months (and shrinking)

* Bases (junior to senior).
-PLB, ROC, ALB, CLE

* Do they hire captians off the street?
-No

Full pay from day 1 of training. 1/2 of room paid (assuming double occupancy)
