Not very likely, there are 3-4 classes planned between now and February.

Don't show up with METARS and TAFS memorized, it's pretty easy to spot. They want to see that you're able to read this stuff because YOU FLY IN IT ALL WINTER long.
There's nothing you can do about the Cog test, either you have it or you don't. The rest is just regular stuff, who you are, what you're like, etc. The written is pretty basic.
I would study weather, and maybe some more weather. What can you say about Low pressure systems and snow, that kind of thing.
