I have decided to go and get my commercial single engine license. I already have my comm multi. My question is, if I can't find my written test socre (which I am almost possitive I can't) are they on record somewhere so I can get it sent to me. Or am I just going to have to retake the test.

You already have Commercial certificate, with AMEL rating. You will be adding a ASEL class rating to your certificate, that falls under 61.63(c), "Additional Aircraft Ratings".

(c)(5) says "Need not take an additional knowledge test, provided blah blah blah"

Plain English: no written needed, just a checkride.

Above post is right, all you are doing is adding a class rating to your already existing commercial certificate. I had a student who did that 3 years ago. You don't even need to do it in a complex, as you already demonstrated complex aircraft flying proficiencies on your initial commercial checkride. My student did it in an old 172, you could even do it in a 150 if you wanted to. The ride only consists of air work (stalls, short/soft field, etc) plus the commercial maneuvers (chandelles, lazy 8's, 8's on pylon).
