I am doing a Human Factors paper on the EVS and could use any comments as to how it might be increasing awareness or eliminating accidents or incidents.

Thanks in advance.

If you do some digging there is an early article on EVS and the testing in a Gulfstream that was doing practice approaches into AVL, Asheville, NC.
Well, we were coming from the other side that early morning with a load of UPS frieght (we were a subcontractor) and blew a tire. We could not get the aircraft totally clear of the runway and the tower was closed. We had to transmit on CTAF to let any A/C in the area know. We heard the Gulfstream and saw them do a missed approach.
Later, in a magazine, I saw pictures of AVL from the Gulfstream that morning. The unenhanced just showed a black area with dim lighting. The EVS enhanced photo showed our plane on the taxiway with the tail close to the runway edge. I think it was in a "Professional Pilot" magazine. Good luck with your research- Wil
