Still Dodging the Questions when you are called on them huh?

You chose to completely 'forget' to respod to ANY of YOUR quotes. I guess that's you MO

I guess you can't respond to what everybody has put up tonight. Just ignore it and it'll go away??? Is that your tact?? You dont debate, you only throw out more BS to obscure your lame statements when you get caught spewing your load.

Sad....

BTW, You can Ignore me also. I said that several days ago & your Namesake was a traitor.

Hey, I make educated guesses about what is going on at DL. I am not a negotiator, nor am I a chief pilot with the inside track. I am not dodging any of your questions or quotes. I have opinions and I post them. They are not dogma or something you must take litterally. If you believe everything I say, then that is too bad. I can make predictions, and they could be wrong. But, I do have access to things that many do not on this board, and I can bring a little insight to people who may want to hear it. For the others like you, I really don't care. You can ask me any question you want, and maybe I will respond. Stupid slams will get you nowhere. If you don't want to ask me my opinion on something, don't do it. I really don't need to respond to you anyway.

Bye Bye--General Lee

And you can deal with peoples reaction to your baseless claims and arrogance.

Or is that the REAL reason that you post here? I am not the only person making the claim.

The only slam was that your name sake was a traitor. Fact.

Other than iluminating the insurrectionist actions of your name sake, I simply posted YOUR quotes.

And no response from you. Why...... You respond to a whole bunch of folks here.
Just not when you get called on it huh?

obbbbbbsess much?????

Firstly, I saw the quotes, and I laughed. I don't know if any of those came true or not. I can always make an educated guess, and my guess is better than someone who is not at DL. I will be correct more often than someone who isn't a part of DL.

As far as not responding when "called on it"---that is ridiculous. If you still believe everything I have to say, then I have a bridge I would love to sell you---in Brooklyn. If you ask specific questions, and not just throw in random quotes and then expect answers, I may try to answer them. Just don't get too upset and cry if my predictions don't come out correct. I try my best, but sometimes it is not enough since I can't really see into the future, except for what will happen eventually to regional airlines. Tootles.

That guy comes here and stirs up smack every week and he gets what he deserves. EXCEPT THE HITS ON HIS WIFE. Slammin her is CRAP! He may have walked up to the arrogant line and leaped WAY over but his wife has to put up with him 24/7. Leave her out.

Sorry, but the General put his wife in play some time ago. I don't think anyone ever mentioned the subject until he did. Too bad, so sad........

Here's a man that said stuff like..... Hell No!!! We won't vote it in!! It won't happen!!! Our pilot group is made up of strong retired military folks with backbones and pride. Now he has gone to making educated guesses!!!
That whole quote is just full of desperation!!!!
Grow a pair, and admit that nothing is going the way that you thought your Delta Boys planned...... I could list tons of quotes that would make you look like a dorkinsteen, but I will spare you. 'Don't hate the players General, Hate the Game' and in this game you just got played!!!

General Lee On The Night of the Vote for paycuts and change in scope, you might feel a slight sting. That's pride Screwing with you. Screw pride! Pride only hurts . . . it never helps. You fight through that Crap 'cause a year from now, when you kickin' it in the Caribbean as captain on your 767 making less then a SouthWest 737 Captain, you gonna say to yourself, "WSurf was right."
Its really funny reading your quotes now!! We can really get a idea of what kinda Tool you are!!! But wait!!!....... I can hear you now!!! "I just post my opinions and debate them with others"!!!
This is great stuff!!!

It's like listening to john kerry step and fetch again. Hard core statements are now 'predictions'. I guess when you spew enough crap you eventually have people bring up the fact that you are just spewing crap. You must not like it. Gonna throw more insults at regional pilots in the regional forum?

Funny how some folks can't admit failure. Is that a sign of ARROGANCE?

Your traitorous namesake admitted defeat when he was wrong and lost - big. Sidenote - I had the distinct pleasure to walk through the area where he finally gave up trying to ruin this country. But, back to your arrogance and bloviating.

Is your statement of the regional airlines like all of your other 'predictions'? Are you going to have to admit you just were spewing crap about that too?

And nothing that you say has upset me. I simply reply in kind to you and highlight your arrogance and the multitude of incorrect statements you make simply to incite people. If torquing people wasn't your aim, you would not be here. Save the 'education' BS. People can go to the Major board to read whats going on there, so spare us more of your sad display of self-importance

You used to make statements of absolute fact. It seems you're not as all knowing as you'd like to think you are....but, of course everyone else already knew that.

BTW, congrats on not taking another paycut, getting "snapbacks" and stock options (whatever the wording is). Those things will help ease the sting of bigger DCI planes.

None of this will matter anyway. Duane Worthless said "I will NOT sign another concessionary agreemnet!" "period". So I guess hes not going to allow the Delta pilots have their say in this TA. right.....MORE ALPA bull__t!

you need a history lesson my friend.

This new guy does a HUGE disservice to the older one.
While I agree with your second statement, the fact stands the real Lee played a huge role in almost destroying this country.

Grad of the USMA, first assignment was in the engineers, He was the XO for the unit that constructed Fort Monroe, etc etc blah blah blah.

"I can not betray my Virginia." from a letter to his son on why he turned down the chance to lead the United States Army. Instead he ended up leading the Army for the CSA.

He may have been this countries best tactician and leader. He was also a consumate gentleman, but he still tried to destroy this country. Sad moment in our history but all facts none the less. Yes, I grew up in the south too.

Definitions of traitor on the Web:
[SIZE=-1]someone who betrays his country by committing treason
double-crosser: a person who says one thing and does another

TREASON - This word imports a betraying, treachery, or breach of allegiance.

The Constitution of the United States, Art. III, defines treason against the United States to consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort.

This would have been a MUCH better place had the south won.

First of all, how can GL possibly know how others will vote? It's his opinion. Seriously, you sound like a complete moron. He has a perspective and his own opinions - he is not a negotiator. The TA is not as bad as some people predicted - in many ways it is better than what people had expected (work rules were not changed for the most part and the $650 million note is better than having zero pension whatsoever). GL has an opinion just like you do.

By the way, GL has mentioned serveral times over the last year or so that his name is a reference to the car on Dukes of Hazzard - not the Civil War general. You were probably too young to watch that show.

WTFO?
I haven't addressed the TA as good/bad; only his fantasy WAG’s about how all this would play out over the last few months. Not for his sake, but I really hope it's a good deal and this whole things turns around. I have quite a few friends out of ATL and their well being is tied to this, at DAL, ASA etc. Yes, I support DAL pilots, just like any other group, GL is in the special 10%.

Have YOU been paying attention? I never expected him to be able to predict others votes. I and just about everyone else has stated that he makes sweeping assumptions that are ludicrous. When called on statements he makes, he simply ignores them. Months ago he made statements that DALPA pilots should flow back to ASA/CMR etc. When asked about it he ignores it. Just because he is ignoring it doesn't mean I should let everyone else forget it. Now 'Seriously' who is the Moron here?

He only comes here to stir things up. People can find out what’s happening without sorting through his arrogance and absurd fantasies.

Yes I was old enough, and I did in fact watch the show until the lead characters went on strike. Was the age crack a poor attempt at an insult? Please, just sit back down. You are weak.

And if your reading comprehension is as bad you demonstrate I'll let you in on a secret: I respond in kind to his posts and arrogance.

he does know. Just go back and reread his posts! He knows even guarantees 50.1% will vote down this TA. He knows everything. just ask him.

in a room full of people how do you know who is a delta pilot? don't worry they will tell you....arrogance.

If you believed me, then I must have done a great job. Maybe I could be Pres Bush's next Press Sec?

As far as seeing larger DCI airplanes on the ramp in ATL, that would have happened regardless. It seems good ole SkyWest and ASA already ordered 17 CRJ-705s and they were coming regardless, even if they had to only use 70 seats. That sounds like the new strategy these days. There comes a point in doing that that it does become uneconomical to have a larger plane with a lot less seats, but 6 seats difference didn't seem like a lot to them.

I really don't know the outcome of the TA vote, but it may not pass. I will vote No.

Bye Bye--General Lee

never seen a better job of "crawfishing". I hate to say I told you so but,........

It'll pass and you know it. Atleast you won't take anymore paycuts or layoffs and you'll get something for your retirement. Thats good.

We know this 'On Your Six', and I have agreed on a few of his opionions! I think its the fact that he comes on the regional boards trolling for trouble and then defends himself by saying 'its a debate'!! Well on this debate he got his butt smoked!!
If one is gonna fire away at us regional pilots, then one needs to be prepared to get fired on as well.
I guess I can use a quote from 'The Rock' to sum up General Lee!!!
Who knew, that a man with 24 inch pythons would have half inch testicles!

NWA pilot pay cuts go deeper than Delta's

Tuesday April 25, 2006 The tentative pilot contract at Delta Air Lines, if ratified by ALPA membership, will drop the carrier from having the third-highest-paid narrowbody captains to the middle of the pack, while Northwest Airlines, if its pilots ratify their agreement, will fall even further, from having the second-highest-paid work group to the No. 8 position, just above JetBlue.
Interestingly, the NWA and DL pilot ratification voting periods overlap. This sets up a scenario in which the NWA pilots may develop a case of "Delta envy" because the terms of the Delta TA "appear significantly richer than those at Northwest," according to a report from JP Morgan.
The analysis, which cited as sources JP Morgan research, Atlanta-based AIR, Inc., and union contracts, shows that a 12-year Northwest A320 captain currently earns $180 per hr., which falls to $137 under the TA. By comparison, a 12-year Delta 737 captain's hourly pay will fall from $173 to $149. Prior to their November 2004 concessionary agreement, Delta captains were the highest-paid in the industry, earning $202 per hour.
In addition, Delta pilots will receive a $2.1 billion unsecured claim and management has agreed that if the pilot pension plan is rejected--as appears likely--they will get cash and securities worth $650 million. Furthermore, the Delta contact runs through 2009, versus 2011 for NWA. Voting on the NWA contract began April 6 and ends May 3. Pilots can recast their votes up until polls close at 10 a.m. on May 3.
The overall salary leader among US passenger carriers is Southwest Airlines, whose 12-year 737 captains earn $186 per hr., according to JP Morgan. Among legacy network carriers, the leader is American Airlines at $161. At the bottom is US Airways at $125, followed by United at $131 and America West at $134. US Airways and America West pilots are in discussions about merging seniority lists.
