I say "likely" a lot. That means it will happen, in all likelyhood. I then posted I will vote NO, and that is my final answer. I don't really have to answer to you at all, since you aren't involved in this vote.

And why would I be a liar? That makes no sense. You make no sense, you dumb clown. You look stupid. I can't guarantee a vote. Did you think I could? I can make an educated guess on what I see and hear from other sources. Could I fix the vote and make it 50.1%? Nope. You really are a stupid clown.

24 times, not quite all I'm asking for from both of you is some accuracy and consistency. I haven't counted but I think it's around 5 times, you are off by about 19.
 
General Lee has always looked out for the furloughees. He deserves a lot of credit for his stand on the issue.

This T.A. could be the last Delta pilot contract. For this reason the scope provisions may not be all that important. Over the longer term, Northwests, or Continental's scope could be controlling. ALPA probably did the right thing, trying to preserve Delta until a viable plan B comes along.

At merger time it is probably better to be a Delta furloughess off a 737, than a US Air, or Northwest, RJ pilot at a separate non owned subsidiary like Mid Atlantic, or like Compass (which will be sold). It will be interesting to see how the US Air merger goes when senior RJ pilots try to get ahead of Airbus drivers at America West. What a mess ALPA has vreated with the proliferation of all these alter ego air carriers.

It seems the scope changes allow DCI to feed a few more passengers into the Delta system and allows a bit more revenue to flow up to the parent company. Certainly the glory days of rapid growth at DCI are over. The airplanes coming are replacements. With the loss of the ATR, ASA's net fleet size will likely decrease by a few aircraft this year.

General - you agree that this T.A. is no big surprise? I know there was a line drawn in the sand - but do you agree that line was pretty much maintained while doing what makes sense for the Company?

I think GL is pretty clear about he will vote: NO. What else can he do about how others at DAL vote? Not much... Slamming him because he has no control over how others can/will vote is pretty unprofessional...

I have spoken with a number of Delta pilots who were upset after initially hearing the TA bullet points but they have now had time to consider the implications. Not all of these Delta pilots are super-negative about it now. It depends on that pilot's perspective. A senior pilot won't be as negative as a junior pilot because potential scope changes won't have the same impact on them. That's pretty intuitive.

If I were a Delta pilot, I would vote NO on this TA because I don't believe it provides enough scope protection for the junior pilots or the furloughees. However, I am not a Delta pilot, so, my perspective won't mean anything to the situation.

I also expect you statements about DALPA pilots diplacing ASA pilots to start up again. That was funny a few months ago. Why haven't you brought that up lately?
