How can there be 306 retirements in 2012 when retirements don't start until December 14th? I think you need to recheck those numbers - the Fair Treatment of Experienced Pilots Act was signed on December 13, 2007.

Based on retirement numbers, it'll be a solid place the next 10 -15 years-
Doesn't make up for the lost decade for many- but it's solid if you're young enough

Exactly. Plenty of growth opportunities for the 737 Express routes, and the 767 Express international routes.
