Js32driver,

Good for you. I'm glad to hear some of the Comair guys moved on to better things. Life at Frontier is GREAT! Just left Comair after 7 years...wish I would have left earlier.

Good luck to you Comair pilots.

Stratus

Thanks, Stratus! BTW, are you M.P.? I knew of one other CMR guy that interviewed, but didn't get it. I'm very happy for you and hopeful I can make it too. Any secrets? I have one internal rec. and have been in the system for 2 yrs now. Hope the call comes soon! I'm happy with my Lear job, but would be happier with F9. Glad to hear life is good for you as well!

No, I'm not M.P. Yeah, it's seems to be quite difficult to get hired on here. Forget just getting the call for the interview. Being selected seems to be quite difficult. It's a great place to be...I'm very fortunate.

Left Comair after 6 years to go to North American Airlines. I also wish I'd have done it sooner. Still, had a pretty good run at Comair. Miss most of the people... Good Luck to all the Comair Pilots/FAs

Stratus,

Good for you - I'm glad you made it. I'll just keep hangin' in...

NAAPilot & Stratus,

I too am glad I left Comair and also miss some of the people. It was my first airline, and I had a fairly positive experience, but I am not looking back. I left at just the right time, and I'm really enjoying my Lear job. For me, Frontier will be the only other airline I consider at this point, simply because of lifestyle. I and my family are not willing to leave Denver (nor am I willing to commute anymore), and we can swing that. If everything went Tango Alpha, I'd just go back to being a Financial Advisor or an accountant (my previous 2 careers). Ah, the life of a pilot, so certain my future is...

JS32 (now Lear)

LOL - I thought those were boat owners, but I suppose plane owners qualify as well. In this day and age, I feel buyer's remorse will be more and more prevalent with regional pilots. It certainly isn't what a lot of us who grew up in the '70's and '80's signed up for. The old joke, "Why does a 747 have a hump? So the pilots can sit on their wallets," has gone into retirement.
