Can anyone answer these ?s...

Is hotel provided during new guy training?
What's the SIM schedule like (21 days total)?
What does new hire reserve schedule look like?

You get a hotel for 7 days. Sims run all day and night in 4 hour blocks. 4 periods in the FTD mode (without motion that is), then 5 Sims and your checkride. (If you're not up to speed they will give some more time.) Reserve folks get 11-12 days off per month with one group of 4 hard days off then another group of 3. The rest come in all shapes and sizes.

FTD, FTD, FTD, FTD, OFF, OFF, SIM, SIM, SIM, SIM, SIM, OFF, CRIDE

If it is two new hires, they get a sixth sim, if it is Captain up-grade/new hire, they get 5 sims. It will vary a little from what I have described, but not much.

And the FTD sessions are now full motoion.
