As far as what? That's a pretty open ended question.

Well, Terancious is right. It was an open ended question. However there is one word that sums it up.

SUCK

If you have a specific question about suck reserve windows, suck ready reserve, suck deadheads, suck displacements etc., we'll try to answer them.

They are not that bad, Some are great some are horific. Dont bid like a moron. My trips are better then my friends at other airlines. I am currently on a 25 hour 4 day.

PBS.

We just changed to a new system too... Maestro. It hasn't been the smoothest of transitions either. We've lost a lot of the functionality that we had with our old PBS. Frustrating thing is that the loss in functionality isn't due to a limitation of the Maestro, rather managements decision to limit much of the implemented functionality.

Comair still uses PBS. The new system being referred to is the new crew tracking software that has nothing to do with bidding or generating trips, etc.

So, as with any PBS system...what you get out of it is highly dependent on what you put into it for a bid. One must have an idea of where they fall on their seat/domicile seniority list and put in a realistic bid for their relative position on the list. Finding what works for you takes some time, but again, if you have realistic expectations for your seniority position then it's not all that bad as far as a PBS system goes.

CD, High speed, Naps...or whatever your company calls continuous duty pairings...those are the only hard lines that we have at Comair...when offered.
