Well, Terancious is right. It was an open ended question. However there is one word that sums it up.

They are not that bad, Some are great some are horific. Dont bid like a moron. My trips are better then my friends at other airlines. I am currently on a 25 hour 4 day.

You Comair folks use regular bidding or PBS?

PBS.

We just changed to a new system too... Maestro. It hasn't been the smoothest of transitions either. We've lost a lot of the functionality that we had with our old PBS. Frustrating thing is that the loss in functionality isn't due to a limitation of the Maestro, rather managements decision to limit much of the implemented functionality.
