Do any CMR pilots know if the pay cuts, that 50.9% of the group voted for, are in effect yet? I could swear someone said not until all labor groups bought into the "we are going out of business and you'll are going to loose your jobs and your families are going to starve to death and die if you don't take a huge pay cut" senerio Fred Butrell has been selling. Just wondering if I could afford to comeback or not. Any help?

The FAs are still saving our a$$es by holding out. So, it's still the good ole' pay freeze rate of before.

At least the 50.9% of pilots who voted "YES!" to the pay cuts. I have a lot respect for the 49.1% who voted "NO!"

Seems like the FA have bigger nuts than the pilots.

They do!

Delta Comair flight attendants authorize strike
Friday March 24, 10:43 pm ET

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The International Brotherhood of Teamsters on Friday said 93 percent of Delta Comair flight attendants voted to authorize a strike.
Comair, a regional unit of bankrupt Delta Air Lines Inc. (Other OTC:DALRQ.PK - News), has asked the bankruptcy court in New York to allow it to void its contract with the flight attendants. The hearings in this matter are scheduled to begin on Monday. Delta Comair has demanded pay cuts of approximately $10,880 annually, which is up to 30 percent of an average Comair flight attendant's salary.

News said that the Company has countered the Teamsters with a 15% cut. They didn't counter us with anything except bunga, bunga or death by bunga, bunga. Maybe because our ALPO negotiators SUCK!

Don't worry I have respect of the hundreds of peoples jobs I saved by using my head and not anger caused by high blood pressure. The guys that were screaming vote no are already a distant memory. They will probably die of heart attacks far too soon. The rate blood pressure is going up among airline pilots now a days though there just may be hundreds if not thousands of job openings soon. Careful guys the ones that scream the loudest tend to have major health problems that can be disqualifying. Anger management issues, high blood pressure, uncontrollable stress, depression. You name it the chest thumpers probably have it. The best you can do is pop the bottle of wine with the lady and enjoy the weekend together. If it wasnt for us 50.9 thinking with our heads then no one would be able to enjoy this weekend. Everyone would be out looking for new work. Sorry its hard to hold your head up high in the unemployment line. Don't worry a thing about the FAs, they are easily replaceable. Just look how easily they replaced mechanics at NWA. Having "bal*s" now a days is equivalent to being a moron. Just look at all those mechanic fools at NWA. They struck for absolutely nothing. Not a thing changed except they are now on welfare. Its a sad but true reality. I would support a strike if it actually accomplished anything. Sadly though in todays world a strike accomplishes absolutely nothing. The sooner everyone adapts and stops living in the past the sooner they will be able to enjoy life again.

No offense, but I'd rather have all those health problems than catch syphillis from Butrell's d*ck when he bent me over.

I really hope you are just trying to piss people off. Surely you can't believe all that drivel.

NWA wanted to outsource more than half of the mechanics jobs...tell me how they could get enough votes not to strike?

Flame bait punk...

Just ignore D'Angelo, it's cowards like him that airline management teams love because they know if more of us believed the crap he spews, they could basically have us flying for free and thanking them for a job. What a pu$$y...

D'Angelo is a Pu$$y. Too bad he represents 50.9% of the cmair pilot group. I hope the flight attendants hold out and keep there already lousy pay. If the FA win this battle, the 50.9% will be the laughing stock of the industry.

You really need help my friend. You have bizarre fantasies about airline emplyoees taking it up the arse. I can guarantee ive never even thought about trying such a thing. Maybe you had a bad experience in college involving syphillis. I don't know. I know tons of good doctors though they can absolutely help you feel better mentally and physically. Your blood pressure seems a bit high. BTW there is a cure for syphillis. There is not a cure for dropping dead from a heart attack due to your anger.

The FAs wont win. They will easily be replaced. Plenty of young women willing to do the easy job. If mechanics can be replaced so can FAs. Im not worried about a thing. The paycuts are alive and well and so is comair!

D'Angelo..."everything is alive and well, huh?" I don't know what airline you work for but it must not be the same one as me. You would probably work for free if mgmt. asked you to wouldn't you? As far as your comment about the 49% of "NO" voters leaving the company...not true. I'm still here. It's hard going to work, flying with people like you, and knowing that you're the reason I won't be able to afford my freaking house payments in a few months. (Oh but I'm supposed to thank you for saving my job right? Who gives a sh?? about this job. I guess you're just "living the dream of being a regional airline pilot?)

D'Angelo stop posting!

D'Angelo stop posting! Everyone is tired of your drivel... You are wrong about the NO voters leaving... We are all going to despise you for your pu$$y decision. I hope you enjoy your bottle of wine knowing that you have just turned Comair into Chautauqua/MESA... I actually respect a Chautauqua/MESA pilot more because they knew what they were getting into. You actually CHOSE to lower profession... I know what a Comair pilot is worth. Shame on Fred for not figuring out a way to keep the company afloat with our contract intact.
