It has been announced today that Comair is going to refile the 1113 next week as they haven't come to an agreement with their F/A's. If the 1113 is successful (I doubt it will be) would all other workgroups concessions still stand?
The way I understand is if the company does not get the exact amount in dollar savings that they wanted in the 1st round of 1113c, then the other agreements are not valid, meaning have to go back and bargin with the pilots and mechanics.
