Need advice. What would be the better choice to be able to live in or commute from GSO NC? Also what company has better pay, stability, junior manning protection and company morale?

Stability - growing like a mo-fo, that's a REALITY, not a mngt "promise"
No junior manning = QOL
Company morale = V. High, apart from crew shortages (everyone has them)

WAS v.low morale
Lots of mngt PROMISES but may happen.

FO - furloughed Mesaba. All/most former XJ'rs over here, wouldn't go back to flying a red tail, unless it were RAH doing it for NWA. What does that tell ya?

We have our problems, but the crews are good and are easy going - v.few A$$holes.
XJ and Comair have super senior guys - they're not leaving, so forget about flying left seat of a CR9, you'll upgrade to the SAAB - could be 1 year, could be 10.
Red tail mngt has a habit of lying thru their teeth - good crews over their, shame really.

Avoid Comair and Mesaba - both have questionable futures. Go fly E170s for CHQ...
