Whatever happened with the FAs court ruling? I quit CMR about a month ago, moved out of CVG, and have been out of the loop. I've purchased a couple of tickets on CMR to go back for my home closing and was just wondering the status. Good luck to all you guys!

No news yet. The company is saying that the judge may rule this week (early this week was their words, though we are midway through now), though nothing new has been posted this week.

Seems that the media and the company are saying the FA's haven't been unwilling to come back to the negotiation table. (I guess that is a half truth)

The Union says they want the company to email them their proposal instead.

Anyways, there is unrest in the FA ranks from what I have heard. Some of the Fa's are mad the union won't negotiate with the compnay now. They have become more divided.
