They emailed me a "congratulations, you were selected for an interview" email. The problem is, I only received about half of it. Most of it was cut out. It said select these dates to come up to interview. I couldn't see the dates. I emailed back twice already to tell them, and they haven't gotten back to me yet. anyone have a contact #?

Trust me, they'll get back to you! So many people are quiting and they're having hard time filling classes. I'm not quite sure who's doing the recruiting these days, but if you'd like, PM me and I can send you the 1 800 number. The receptionist should be able to connect you to the right person.

Don't you find it funny that they are hiring in the midst of all the "we are gonna go out of business..." and "we are going to have to liquidate if..."

All of these companies are saying the same $@%#@!!! Pinnacle, ASA, Comair...anyone in contract negotiations.

I spoke with a Fedex pilot a couple of weeks ago that said when they started there negotiations, MGMT played the same game with them....FEDEX. Unreal.

We can't buy into this stuff.

At ASA, they had 10 cap and 10 FO displacements out of the 700 last month only to be followed by 20 FO vacancies this month. They want so bad to sell there doom and gloom, but just like comair and all the rest, they still have to staff there airplanes so it kinda makes it difficult!

It won't be long before they're sending out the "congratulations, you were selected for furlough" notices if what Comair's president has been sending out in company memos has any truth to it...after all, it doesn't make sense to hire when you're about to lose 1/3 of your fleet...does it?

Sounds like someone is drinking up all of managements propaganda!
