Hey folks! Two questions for you CMR and ASA people:

1. Do either of these companies pickup the hotel tab and pay during training?

2. What are the starting pay rates for the various equipment types?

Thanks!

comair pays $240/week in tng, no per diem...

if i'm not mistaken, they only put you up in a hotel for 7 days. after that, it's on you.

starting pay is $21.75/hr, 75 hour guarantee, regardless of airframe. $1.60 per diem.

ASA pays the hotel expense from day one to the end of training.

Starting pay is 19.02/hr (regardless of equipment) and is paid at 75 hrs/mo.

per diem is 1.50/hr. If your DFW based, its paid 24/7 while in training outside of DFW, and I believe for ATL based its only 8hrs/day 5days/week

Hope this helps!

Thanks folks...

Just trying to gather info in case I have to bail on Piedmont. If at all possible, I'd like to not have to sell my house and dogs for their meat and fur.

are you looking to stay out east? have you considered AirWhisky? they seem to be at the top of the heap these days...
