Colgan upgrade interview

Does anyone have any specifics on how the selection process goes for the upgrade interview? About when to expect it? And how to properly prepare for it?

Process? Is there a process? They don't ask any technical questions. They are checking your attitude to make sure they don't have any more Capitan Jack's out there. At least I'm hoping.

"What do you owe Colgan?"
"What does Colgan owe you?"

Just remember, they're watching, otherwise I'd tell you how I really feel. Everyone is about to upgrade!
