The Cs will never go away. They are insurance for when the U contract doesn't get renewed.... they can start up the 135 runs again.

I heard C's would leave after the first of year, and no sooner. It wasn't any detailed then that though. So it could be jan 04' or dec 04' in my opinion. Or never,......that is also a good guess. I also heard it confirmed that you know who is indeed not at cape air.

chper:

i heard the guy's (big cheese) voice and his lips moved.... the c's are going, {LVF is gone}, for tax reasons, the others are here....

bet ya a steak dinner at Mcdonald's (McPhilly cheesesteak)

I dunno, guys, I kinda like the C models...
Mismatched seat covers, duct tape and discolored wall panels are the way to go. They're a huge hit with the paying folks too! Two and a half hour stage length from LGA to ORF with a full boat and no lav, why that's the way I prefer to fly... And, this being the 100th anniversary of manned flight, why not relive the early days of aviation with a nostalgic trip on a C model!

The Saabs we have now are B's

don't be ridiculous...anyone non revving who'd rather walk than fly home or be delayed deserves it.

and i suppose flying around in a mainline (until a year ago ) dc-9s and 73-200s with 60000 cycles makes you feel good too. oh, how about an an A-300, the tails fall off on those.... yeah bigger is more safe...keep thinking that way. it works for vehicles, truck versus mini cooper., not airplanes.

Climbhappy,
Great point, and very valid... However, would you mind holding this paper towell while I shoot my approach... That **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED**ed rain water pouring through the window seal keeps flooding my CB panel and jacking up my CDI... Yeah, right there... Perfect... Thanks, dude...

Hey guys I was reading a couple of posts ago. And was reading about the UsAirways comment about the 3 regional companys and all jets. I couldn't find it on the UsAirways press release anyone know where to go?

The site won't come back for a while I think. They had quite a few hackers after the accident. They need to get all names and numbers off the forms and awards and just have employee #s. Once that is done the site will come back. That all takes money so don't look for it for a while.
