I live in base. So I get called a lot. Usually it goes like this:

Me: (Phone rings. Uh, oh. The Kremlin. Oh what the h*ll. I'm bored. I'll answer it.)
CS: "Can you take a turn to BPT?"
Me: "Nope."
CS: "Are you sure? You're all we've got."
Me: "Nope."
CS: "Ok. You're junior manned."
Me: bingo - 5:15 hours pay credit for 2:45 of work. "Ok. I'll be there."

I got JM'd twice last month.

It's in the update to the employee manual that came out recently.

If you're called on a day off AND they ask you to fly AND they say "junior manned" (or "Drafted") AND they DO NOT remove a day of flying or reserve (ie, give you a compensatory day off), they will pay you an additional 3:45 toward your pay credit. Sooooo, if you are over guarantee, it's money. Under guarantee with no hope of going over, don't answer the phone!

Did I get that? Was I supposed to read it? I used it to form a gutter to run condensation BEHIND my approach plates/flight-bag from the window A/C. Wait, no, that was a few TOLD cards I used.
