Actually I wouldn't be surprised if 9E tries to flow all their business under the name Colgan now so they can try to become a non-union operation......
 
Yes, can somebody update us on the Pinnacle/Colgan situation? Didn't the arbitration say that the two must be merged? What's the latest?
 
The company has its head in the sand. They tell us that they are above the law. But behind the seens, the companies lawyers, Our lawyers and the mediator had a conference call a week or two ago. I am sure the mediator gave the companies lawyers an earfull about trying to re-write federal labor law.

If the company does not pull their head out of their a$$, we will have to sue them. And we will.

We will NOT give up our job security and job protections.
 
And that suit will get settled the week after your contract is ratified. Good luck with that.

First of all, your an idiot. Second, our contract will NOT get ratified until it has the scope and job protections that we demand.
