Hey guys and gals, I am new to this post and I fly for Colgan as an F.O. I am wondering about the merger and all these rumors I keep hearing around my base. I recently joined this site so I could get a better gauge of the current situation(s), What are your thoughts on these issue(s)?

Hey dude!

I am certain that this merger will benefit both companies. I can only see minor negatives for everyone involved--so far. But, then of course I don't know the big plan so I cannot say for sure. Just a heads up, you will hear a lot of BS on this site---mostly done on purpose to make people laugh. For now just read the prior posts and make up your own mind about the situation. I for one like the company and would do it all over again if I had to. Where are you based?

Colgan will be receiving 28 737's from SWA to begin a new service agreement as a Regional Partner thru 2018.
