Did the CAL NC ever even get to talk about a pay increase at some point over the last three years?

Pay increases were discussed but they were on the side of management. MGT quietly took their pay raises at Gordon's departure and then they 'announced' they were taking cuts like everyone else. So much for "Working Together." Good relations between the pilots and management (and the MEC for that matter) seem to be over.


The pilots were working toward a contract in 2003 but negotiations were stopped suddenly when CAL's management refused to continue. I guess 213 million will save this company from going out of business. Don’t worry though; management bonuses are still in place. At what point does this become theft? Better yet, how do I get into management so I can GET MINE and leave with a bonus?
