Hey I was pickin up open time to pick up my bank account brotha. Not cause i needed the money but because I want a "rainy day fund" The recalls can thank me, my yes vote just saved a bunch of jobs. If there is more open time this month and next month dangn right ill pick it up! I also want to time out so i can get the holidays off. HOLLA!

It is good to see Comair is recalling 54 pilots, but does anyone know is Comair planning to recall rest of the pilots group back anytime soon?

Ive done nothing wrong at all. Tell me one thing I have done that is Illegal. You can try to "shame" me all you want but I have nothing to be ashamed of. By the way maybe you forgot but creating a hostile work environment is illegal last time I checked. So whos the moral person here? Someone doing what is allowed by the company, the union, and by freedom of choice. Certainly it isnt someone threatening harassment and violence and a hostile work environment is it? I want extra money and I want to time out for the holidays. The company provides an option sometimes and I take it. BTW so you all know if you average around 88-90 hours a month you can easily time out in time for the holidays. There now im helping my fellow pilot figure out how to get x-mas off without needing the seniority. You gotta work hard but its worth it in the end.

Who ever said I was bashing comair? I am bashing the thugs who try to use threats of violence if you don't see things their way. They may not agree with me picking up open time and thats fine. Why all the threats of violence? That right there is the reason RICO was created by the feds. I am also glad enough people saw the light to vote in the pay cut. We saved the furloughs, took one for the team if you will. I am bashing ASA because they are screaming about how the vote turned out. It's a democracy my friends and the majority has spoken.

Most airlines that I'm familiar with require you to bid reserve if you start getting too close to timing out for the year, so you still aren't going to get Christmas off unless your seniority holds it. What is the requirement at Comair?
