3. In the event the Company fails to take delivery of the aircraft and/or maintainthe fleet size as provided above, in addition to all other legal remedies
available to ALPA, including but not limited to the expedited arbitration
provisions provided in paragraph M.3., below, the following remedies shall,
at the sole option of the Association, apply:
a. Should the Company fail to take delivery of at least eighteen (18) aircraft
specified in paragraph 2.a. above, by December 31, 2006, then the June
22, 2005 hourly rates of pay as provided for in Section 3.A. of the 2001
Agreement will be reinstated and become immediately effective.
Longevity step increases will also be resumed at the same time.
Additionally, any pilot with a longevity date between June 1, 2006 and
December 31, 2006 shall receive a longevity increase on December 31,
2006. In subsequent years, such pilot will receive longevity increases, if
due, on his longevity date. All other pilots will receive their next longevity
increases, if due, on their longevity dates between January 1, 2007 and
May 31, 2007.

We also have people picking up EXTRA FLYING!!!! and we have people furloughed. Someone posted an individuals name and schedule on the ALPA webboard (since been taken down since the person claimed it was harrasment) and this individual had 4 or so days of EF. How sick is that!!

Ive got a family and quite frankly this has turned into an every man for himself war out there. They are gonna get those flights filled one way or another so if im the first one to try and get it then its my premium pay. Who knows what will happen in the future so you can bet that im gonna stockpile as much extra cash as I possibly can. It may make me unpopular but so be it. BTW if you even try and harass me for it there will be issues to deal with. You can disagree with me but its my choice. If anyone tries to harass me I will not stand for it. Im not trying to win a popularity contest by any means here.

Who do you think cares about your "privacy"? Your attitude is that of a total schmuck and you deserve more than being harrassed.
