Another month of reserve with PSA....

Anyone know of a hotel that does monthly rentals in CLT?

Yea i know that is what a crashpad is but i do not have a car!

Most of the hotels there are between 35 and 45 bucks. I was there for 3 years during that time I stayed in the old holiday in which is now the Ramada woodlawn, the old Clarion that is now the Holiday Inn woodlawn, the Country inn, the Best Western, the Holiday Inn little rock road and finally the Wingate. The Wingate was by far the best but a little more expensive at 42 bucks a night with tax the others were around 35 to 39. The country inn did have a monthly rate for some crashpadders that I knew there I believe it was around 500 a month. the rest would only do a per night deal.

Try to find some people to go into the fairfield with you. I think for 3 people it would be around $150 a month. Also, the Extended Stay America is $30 out the door and they do have a van for us only.

Sorry to hear your still on reserve, the second teir lines were terrible. Did anyone notice that the BEST lines from teir 1 were given to IOE? What kind of bull******************** is that? This place. . . . .

They weren't "Given" to IOE. Those are the lines that the IOE check airman were awarded in round one.

I agree that the way PSA does the IOE lines is a real screw job for the FO's. They should be awarding those lines to FO's and then pay protecting them for trips in which they are replaced for IOE.

Any word on what T.K. said in the crew room today?

I have been on reserve for a year and living on $340/week is getting tough.
Gas prices have doubled and now walmart is too expensive for me.
A line would give me a 25% raise. God Help Please!
We need some good news.....Something....

Your right, they are always the best lines with the best schedules.

I think we are going to be blessed with his presence tomorrow... not today.

Today is tomorrow....Word on the street is no more airplanes till 08. And then it is just to replace the 50 seaters. So no new jobs. Did TK mention any of this?
