Hat season is around the corner and mine is pretty dirty. Where does one get his hat cleaned?

Its bad karma to "clean" your hat. Just don't do it.

Just let it age gracefully...like you are...

...feel's good man...

Things the Captain's Hat Maker does not want you to know:

Emerse it in a solution of Woolite and water, place it on the top shelf of your dishwasher, select the pot scrubber cycle, and turn off the dry cycle(as seen on BoobTube.) Select "Start." Rumor has it, that this will restore it to "like new" status. Please give us a report as this procedure will be added as a module in the Captain Leadership Training.

P.S. This works great for your favorite baseball caps, also.;)

meh, mine was stolen 2 years ago and i refuse to pay for a new one on my salary. $80 my @$$, more than I pay for car insurance every month

The most important thing to add to the washing machine is bleach, as it will kill all the kreepy krawly's that end up in your hats. Lots of bleach !!!!!!

CP: Where's your hat?
Pilot: In my bag.
CP: Why is your hat in your bag?
Pilot: Its too small.
CP: Why don't you buy a bigger hat?
Pilot: Then it won't fit in my bag.
