Mini- IMHO, the Duchess is probably the best aircraft ever designed.:)

I went straight from the Duchess into the CJ1.

The CJ1 and 2 are fun. I don't care how slow they are.;)

well, like I said...no other large experience so...can't really comment but I'll say that the Duchess was a fine bird to fly when it would un-feather...or feather...no unfeathering accumulators in the one I flew...had to land that f'n thing 3 times with a prop feathered...oh well. Good experience I suppose.

And with me, a lard-o in the back and the examiner or CFI in the right seat, we were able to get SE climb out of it....about 50fpm, but still a climb. Now the climb gradient...we won't talk about that here.

I yearn for another firebi*ch er...Duchess to hop into...yum

Just remember: "The smaller the airplane, the smaller the suitcase". Plus your butt doesn't get sore on those short flights.;)

BTW-Your Z4 is WAY cooler/faster than my Accord!

However, my motorcycle will smoke both of you.:D
