If it takes you 15 months to upgrade, you will be payed as a second year captain at 72K. Captain pay goes as such: 64k,72k,81k,91k,93k. for the first 5 years.

Actually you're off just a bit. Captain's pay for the first 5 years is 64, 66, 72, 81, and 91k, respectively. Sixth year pay is 93k. Just to clarify...

Like I said before, pay is time with the company not time in seat. Plus, at 13 months you get second year pay and at 25 months you get third year pay and so on. Hope this helps.

I don't think this is correct.

1st year Captain 64,000 1 - 12 months
2nd year 66,00
3rd year 72,000
4th year 82,000
5th year 91,000

Max New Captain is 3rd year pay. If you upgrade in your 4th year you will start at 3rd year Captain pay

Your correct. I did forget the 64K and that threw off my numbers. Thanks for catching that. I don't want to put bad info out here.

I've been with CS for a while now and have never been treated poorly. I can see myself here for the duration.

Hey Fractrash,
Thanks for all the info.
I assured my wife that if I get CS, this will be it. One more move and
we can plant some roots. I'm glad to hear that other pilots want to
stay here until retirement. Any ideas or predictions as to how big
the company will get or if they'll get bigger aircraft in the future?
