LOL, I know. I have to admit that im a little anxious and slowly getting pissed off at the lack of response from the people in the bunker. But I have no choice but to be patient. MY guess is an announcement before Christmas with a Jan 1st implementation date to coincide the 401K. Any other predictions out there?

Wasnt your suspicious raise 1 day prior to the ratification of last NJA contract? What makes you think they would change their ways for this one?

I dont think this one is coming any days early. They will wait and see what happens with the TA. It will come down to how many days after the TA the company makes a response. Just my little opinion.

Are you guys going to match netjets if ibb passes?

Why? They never have.

An average NJ pilot earns 15-30% ABOVE the base pay due to incidental daily OT, home after midnight, grievance, etc. Mine was 29% (that's $28k) over base last year and already I am 21% over base this year. Both years this occurred without volunteering for a single extended day and does not include per-diem.
In real numbers a fair distance ahead of the CS scale.

Hey CS folks,

- How many days of paid vacation for year one pilots?
- What's your 401k match?
- Current per diem rate?

Thanks

-1 week per year until 5 years.
-100% match up to 6% of salary
-$2.30/hr

yeah I did. i just wanted to clarify that "week" meant 7 days and not a flexjet 5 day week. and 1 week for 5 years? that kinda blows...

You all don't get two weeks of vacation each year from year one? Netjets it's 2 weeks starting 1st year.
