Hate to get in the middle of this but this "union sux" thingy. The only people I hear this from are people that have never been in a succesful one. How many years did you work for a union operation from which you can slam all unions in the way you do? My guess is either you have never worked in a union, or you worked for a single one that you did not like, and now you feel you can say a blanket statement like "unions suck".

Its amazing how a thread about a message board for CS pilots to help one another turns into another Union vs. Non-Union BS discussion! I think you all must have A.D.D. and can't stick to the subject matter!

To the original discussion...........I think the board is a great idea so that we can bounce ideas off one another and make our lives as easy as possible. I know thats my goal!
