I would agree with the folks saying long upgrades at RAH in the future. If you are just getting hired, its gonna be awhile (unless the majors just go crazy hiring really soon).

It really does matter where you are on the list. I moved up 120 in 10 months

Hell I went from 1278 to like 1064 in about a year so i gotta 500 #'s below me but with the 175's coming folks should be upgrading pretty soon enough i dont think it'll take 5 years to upgrade i think about 3 to 4 years tops
