Mesa and Air Midwest are not the same.

Air Midwest-(B1900D)
1. Mostly outstations...but do you like being home every night, or in a hotel? A few hubs like TPA or PIT, if you need the overnights.
2. Capt. upgrades are 2-6 months once you hit the line (too many variables to mention)
3. Do you want to sit right seat in a "nice" jet? Or do you want to build turbine PIC time?
4. AMW pilots can fly up to 1200hours in a calendar year.
5. AMW pilots "can" transition to an RJ later if they so choose.

Mesa-(CRJ,ERJ,Dash8)
1. Not sure where you're from, but I don't think PHX, DEN, PHL, CLT or DCA are concidered outstations.
2. Well I'm not sure...I don't fly under the Mesa system so I can't speak on their behalf.

what better way to get research then ask pilots that work for the company.

absolutely none.

But there's a difference between saying

What are the benefits of your company. What do you like most and least at your company.

Along with asking specific questions.

and

asking "mesa or chq?" "tsa or chq"
