is this good or bad?
We'll find out when the TA comes out in '09 or '10. Everytime a contract is being negotiated, things seem to get a little edgier around the campfire....

apla vs. teamsters. for the most part there about the same, subtile differences. The biggest thing to remember is when your part of a UNION you have to get the group to stick together or mgmt. will have you bent over and grabbing your ankles in no time.

If the upper managemet makes lots of money, dosent that mean the people that do the real work should actually get some too?

Just out of curiosity what kind of hotels does RAH put you in? Is it mostly one brand or you never know? Also do you get to keep the points?

Hampton Inns, signature inns(suck!), double trees, holiday inns, etc....hamptons are the best IMO. I hope we hire 600 between now and april but I think it was a good sales pitch by the interviewers. IF we get all of the A/c they are talking about maybe yes but who knows. Fingers crossed. Good luck

Signature Inn's are all being remodeled and becoming Jameson's. The one in EVV is the best so far as the remodels go.

the signature inn in indy for indoc was trash....only good thing about it was the distance to walk to the pub across the street
