CHQ jumpseat Question

I know that CMR now takes CHQ pilots in the cockpit JS...

Does CHQ take Comair pilots in the cockpit jumpseat? What about multiple JS?

Just looking for a backup from STL - CVG when cancel or go out late.

Do you know what method you guys are using to meet the requirement for "electronic verification" . That seems to be the big hold up for everyone.
