CHQ Checkairman?

Quick question for CHQ checkairman: I understand Chautuaqua 145 checkairman make their respective Captain hourly pay + $18.00 per hr. on top of that. Do checkairman recieve thay pay only while doing IOE? And what percentage can you expect to add realistically to your yearly salary? What percentage of your normal line flights consist of doing IOE or sim work? Just curious.

they get $18 on top of hourly for IOE and linechecks. IOE is picked up and constant so an extra $1K or more is normal. These guys are busy and will STAy busy for several months to come. We just got profit sharing/bonuses, raised to 6% 401K matching and better insurance bennies as of yesterday per BBs latest memo.
